By accessing and using Comparex ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Comparex is operated by Kelthos.

2. Nature of the Service

Comparex is an informational comparison platform. We aggregate publicly available data about fintech products in Nigeria including fees, features, and user ratings. We do not provide financial advice, and our content should not be treated as such.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but fintech products change frequently. Fees, features, and availability may differ from what is displayed on Comparex. Always verify details directly with the fintech provider before making financial decisions.

4. Affiliate Relationships

Comparex may contain affiliate links. When you click through and sign up for a product, we may receive a commission. This does not affect our editorial independence or the order in which products appear in our comparisons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Comparex, including text, data compilations, design, and code, is owned by Kelthos and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Company logos displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.

6. API Usage

Access to the Comparex API is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Automated scraping of the website without permission is prohibited. API access may require registration and is subject to separate API terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or crawl the Platform beyond what robots.txt permits
• Attempt to interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Comparex or Kelthos
• Use our data or brand in misleading advertising

8. Limitation of Liability

Comparex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or other consequences resulting from reliance on information found on the Platform. Your use of any fintech product is at your own risk and subject to that product's own terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
